How is that balanced?

Can somebody tell me how that is balanced? Let's say that one team takes more squishy champions and the other takes more tanky. If the tanky team gets 3 ocean drakes it automatically wins. If squishy team gets 3 infernal drakes it cannot be stopped. Do you see the problem? There is a huge disparity in how drakes influence different teams and because of RNG you don't know what kind of drakes you are going to get so you can get unlucky and as a tanky team, you can get drakes that aren't really that amazing or your enemy can get drakes that boost them to some abnormal levels. It would be fine if we knew before the match, maybe in champion select, what drakes are gonna show up and that would influence our picks.

Concluding: Champion select should show the drakes that will appear during the game for better strategic planning before the game.

I disagree.

Completely disagree. If that were the case, more people would be begging for more infernals or more ocean drakes to spawn. Randomness is oretty much balanced since having multiples of one type out of 4 can give your team an advantage so long as you can secure the first 2.
