Lee Sin is probably not black, going by the name.

Lee Sin and Karma are Asian, Cassiopeia and Sion are European, Nidalee is either South American or African (I'm not familiar with her, so I can't say for certain.), and Malphite is a rock.

They're of colour (except Cass - she's Kat's sister, Malphite who is a rock and Sion who is... a thing). But that doesn't make them black. More people of colour is a nice thing regardless of what colour that is, though.
