Anyone else find the new rageblade 10x more annoying than old rageblade?

It's just an auto win fights item.

It requires abspolutely zero skill, and what it ends up doing is make champs like tryndamere more cancerous than they already are.

If it's gunna be this broken it should not be allowed to stack on minions.

Not sure what they are doing but apparently they are doing something to it in patch 8.9
