If you and the top laner or mid laner kill the herald, and you let the laner kill it and the jungler get the assist, the jungler will get 5 stacks instead of 2

for the same reason i will do 600 damage with the second part of my Graves Q even though the tooltip says 540, Riot either has no idea what they are doing or don't have the tools to do what they intend.

% Increased damage from masteries don't factor into your tooltip numbers.

well since i was 0/18/12 and thunderlords displays seperately AND even if i did have say Sorcery it's not overcoming my enemy's resistance.

whenever i report a bug i feel like nothing happens. But if i put it under gameplay it might get some attention

Might still wanna make one there. Kateykhaos is really good about checking in, and Exgeniar is usually trolling around there too, they don't come to the gameplay board very much
