I often ask myself: Why is it that when you again and again fail at your job, you aren't demoted or fired? Cuz that's how it works in the rest of the world.

Now you have a dude that has made some of the most toxic champs in the entire game that provides the most miserable gameplay experience ever: . No one enjoys playing against these champs and no one except their abusers (mains) would miss them if they were to be deleted from the game.

My question really is just why this guy isn't fired for failing to do his job?
