i love how Pantheon Q cost 40 mana and deal damage and its a point of click and i love how Malphite Q cost 80 mana and deal damage and its a point of click

Yes, because Malphite's Q does damage and nothing else.

And Malphite is apparently and early/mid lane bully who doesn't scale as much into the late-game, whereas Pantheon is a tank rather than a bruiser who's intended to disrupt teamfights instead of bullying opponents early with low mana costs and damage.

Because i can do the same

Oh i didnt know that Malphite have a point and click stun And i didnt knew that malphite have a half map Teleport that deals damage and slows

But anyway Malphite Q deals damage and slows Pantheon Q deals damage FROM BIGGER RANGE and have the half cost of malphite Q plus it can crit too....

Bottom line is, I really don't think Malphite needs mana buffs because of his intended purpose versus Pantheon.

If you want to make a better argument, I recommend just removing Pantheon from the equation and talking about Malphite, and how not getting a mana buff is a bad idea or whatever. They're two different champions, Pantheon probably got the mana buff because he needs the early game harass whereas Malphite is stronger in the teamfighting rather than laning department.

The "Y got this, why not X?" argument is very subjective, just like comparing apples to oranges. Just talk about X and make a discussion about your worries if it's a big deal. If your sole reason is that Pantheon got buffs and Malphite didn't, and nothing else, then I can't really help you.
