Increase the distance she can hop forward by 33% and reduce the distance backwards by 33%. Make the slow on her E only apply after a certain amount of stacks have been reached.

The passive change will make her kiting more controllable and easier to handle while increasing her chase potential, which is what her character, lore-wise, does. The E change will cause her to have to have been attacking the target for an extended time in order to be able to slow them, making her kiting easier to handle.
