Good on you OP.
I just don't understand the common perception here. Why do people seem to demand the gameplay and balance guys need to communicate constantly with the skin team. Having to nerf a champion because they get a skin seems stupid to me. Not changing balance for a champion who needs it because they recently got or are getting a new skin also seems like it hurts balance teams ability to do their jobs.
Its a bitch to avoid creating negative player perspectives with the randomized attitudes. anything as recent as 2-3 months is considered fair game for a complaint from what I have seen, so 4-6 patches worth of balance you have to anticipate. Youd have to ask whats in the pipeline for skins and actively try to achieve champion balance prior to that and also consider future impact on if what your doing shifts the meta to favor any recent skins.
Frankly I think its best for the two teams to not interact and for riot to not give a FK about if people think things are "suspicions". Employee would know pretty much instantly if they are expected to buff or nerf the games balance for a skin and at some point in the last 10 or so years (skins being a common complaint wit that OMG RITO GREEDY BALANCE FOR SKIN SALES is almost as old as the game itself.) You'd just think there would be one whistle blower at some point right?
