We should raise base stats, shorten lanes, weaken turrets, and give more damage passives to items.

Because at least then we'll be following this Balance Team's philosophy on how LoL should function.

I've given this game far too much of my life in the last 3 years, and it's equal-parts heartbreaking and amusing to watch the things this team does. I can't even genuinely say I'm sorry for accusing them of being incapable of doing the one thing their team implies they should be proficient at - BALANCING. Morello's balance philosophy was condemned by many, but truly - by now - his input sounds like it could be REALLY useful.

It feels like every time this team makes 1 step forward, they take 2 steps back(and not only in the sense that we can't get one REASONABLE nerf without a compensation buff half of the time changes are made); incessantly regressing and never FULLY learning from mistakes they make. Why have we had to hear how Boards players don't represent a majority of the community - only to then hear years later that the Boards were justified in many of their complaints about the game this entire time - ONLY TO THEN get changes that don't even entirely ADDRESS the issues? Why weren't those issues considered/investigated in-depth at that time?

I realize you people work hard(at least I hope so), and have lives outside of Riot, but from the outside looking in - it often appears as though there's little genuine concern for the players and a HELL OF A LOT of a concern for what attracts people to the LCS or grabs those with short attention spans.
