How To: Die Less and Carry

I really enjoy the game feel like I have an impact, but I always die and I die too much. Can anyone teach me how to not die, in addition I really just wanna learn how to carry. Teammates get annoying and I just wanna be in the drivers seat. What can I do?

Only take fights you can handle or are sure you'll win, taking ignite is worse than taking something like barrier or heal because if you really need ignite to kill someone then it isn't worth the risk fighting them.

Only take ignite if you're a champion like Zed Leblanc

In laning wards are a MUST, if you don't have any then freeze your lane. Keep in mind that your turret can't protect you after everyone reaches level 10-13. Keep every lane pushed, don't just push one lane. If you know how to create a super wave then do it. Then ambush the person that comes to clear out the wave, take another person with you if you can't 1v1 them. Keep in mind that when you push waves, they'll push right back into you after a few minutes.

Alright, good to know. I will see if I can impliment it into my playstle, just a random question, How do I play with the camera not locked onto me and constantly watching the minimap, thats my biggest issue. It really annoys me.

For just looking around the map or in actual fights/laning?

Anytime, I just lock on my camera, focus on poking my opponent and just get ganked.

Don't focus too much on your opponent, farming is often more important than poke. Never use any escape moves for poke and always keep your champion in your camera unless you're looking like halfway across the map. Glance at the map and only go all in when you know the enemy jungler isn't near you. You don't have to look at the map all the time though, just enough to know where everyone is. I find it easier to just have the camera locked onto me unless I'm in some weird situation where the minimap blocks where my enemy is though. Probably shouldn't take this to heart though, I'm not even ranked yet :P
