Minor Karthus Changes Proposal

Like Anivia, Karthus suffers from the mana nerfs more than other champions. The E drains all your mana way too fast regardless of what items you buy.

Defile's mana changed from 30 / 42 / 54 / 66 / 78 to 22 / 30 / 38 / 46 / 54

Another nice change:

Wall Of Pain now reapplies its effects on champions that stay or return to the wall.

I know Karthus is being used in the gimmick with nunu which is why he is seeing play, but given that the funneling will be nerfed I think these changes shouldn't make him meta suddenly.
