Now that games end 10x faster, can we surrender quicker?

Turrets die 10 minutes in, game starts earlier, minions will soon get more snowbally.

Games are decided by the 10 minute mark, what is even the point having to suffer an additional 10 pointless minutes? I just lose all interest and pay more attention to my phone.

Surrendering is a stupid but necessary option... they should leave it like it is... maybe now people will actually finish their games instead of just giving up after 3 kills....
