Well Skarner was pretty weak until they did the last minute PBE buffs. So that one gets a pass.

People were worried that Garen wouldn't be able to stick to people, but they didn't take into consideration some of the new items like DMP.

Darius has been a trainwreck the whole time.

Morde has to be OP as a melee if he is going to be bot lane.

They should also stop buffing and typically stop nerfing champions the patch right after they come out. Every time they do this the champions goes into a top tier setting where they outclass everyone else in the lane. Azir and Braum are really good examples that come to mind.

Honestly, Riot should stick to balancing. And take in some of the communities insights on things very rarely. From what I've noticed a lot of the time when the community asks for something it's awful. However, I'll sound like a hypocrite now saying that the new juggs and Fiora need nerfs.
