kled deals a lot of damage and riot still buff him for no reason

Chembaron Yamada1 votesThere is reason. Kled was perfectly balanced from release til Runes Reforged, a great development success.
He never caused balancing problems and all they did balancingwise for him were QoL changes. Unfortunately, the rune changes affected him negatively and he became too weak. Hopefully they are able to restore his perfect balance after this buff.
