The fact that Teemo needs to go for an awkward onhit AS kiting build(which champions like Gnar/kayle simply utilize better) to have a decent win rate just shows how he is only a shell of what he used to be.

AP Teemo is the most fun way to play Teemo. But Rito first nerfs the shit out of his shroom duration and damage, then they made this BS Oracle that literally makes Teemo shrooms useless in team fight and in 1v1, now they are adding a 50 gold ward that can be obtain max 3 at a time which not only reveals the shrooms but also disable them.

Rito why? Why do you guys hate Teemo that much?

edit: the biased hate against teemo has not died out, hah.

Look, he may not be nearly as ~~good~~ ridiculous as he was, but at least he isn't %100 banrate. If you notice, he's not as hated anymore and the eyes of "Whodowecomplainaboutnext?" are turning to Yasuo.

If you notice, he's really outdated. His "blind" is more of a "youcanthitmenanananana" than an actual vision impairment, his W is close-to-useless, and he looks like a low-graphic potato with 3 voicelines.

I know several people will say otherwise, but the twerp needs a rework.

I wish he had Quinn's blind. Its a lot nicer and bronze tend to freak out more when their screens are dark. But if they changed that they need to make a new champion that causes people to miss Autos or champions like YI will rule the rift. Unless you buy frozen heart..

As for w people wanted it as a jump sense this one cinematic. Would be cool. So long as its some sort of escape..

Teemo's two roles were always Marksman/Assassin before Riot redefined the classes. He's listed as Marksman/Slayer currently and Slayer has two subclasses: Assassin/Skirmisher.

Since he's ridiculously good against most melee champions and just isn't made for popping squishies like Zed and Fizz do, I'm inclined to say he's part Skirmisher.

Not exactly, he has no dashes/blinks to get in to the enemy team, he has no burst to kill the carries with, and lacks the aforementioned dash/blink to get out as well.

it's not really about his damage that is depressing, but rather the fact that he need to be played in a play style not designed for him to actually do anything. AP Teemo is simply garbage right now because his ult is basically useless, this is why onhit Teemo is the only build that works for him atm, because that build doesn't utilize his ult at all.

##Teemo's kit doesn't function on its own anymore.## A champion is not balanced when his damage output is relying on the effect of items, rather than having stats from items amplifying his kit.

enemy presses 4 and turns on oracle trinket which last 10 second and has a huge range.

ignite top hextech revolver teemo players cant lose 1v1s. late game he does pretty good damage if you get frozen mallet as well as some hybrid items to help you survive while you outplay everyone with your aa mechanics .

Yup you are definitely posting with a smurf and your main is diamond 1 and you can see enemy's ping when you play against them, definitely.

Ipav has said on his stream that Rito keeps fucking over teemo, not sure about the rain man.

i played on his team twice and all he does is push up die and then claim its not his fault and blame the jungler for not ganking the enemy 5-0 laner that can 2v1 them.

Riven is one of the best melee champion in terms of facing teemo with her mobility and cc.but well all the freelo riven mains refise to admit her being strong.

Seems legit, I can follow the trail of logic from 'I hate riven players' to 'I want teemo, who auto wins vs melee tops, to be stronger so I have an easier time playing top'.

Na.op.gg has item 3146 item 3115 item 3151 's as well. The thing that's great about Teemo is almost everything can work on him, you can build on hit AP, full AP, AD or tanky and it's all viable. You just have to find what style you prefer.

Well all evidence points to the contrary so not sure what you're on about. Half the guides that are recent are full AP. The items with the highest win rates on Teemo are item 3135 and item 3089 . His best build is unplayable? Somehow I doubt you've even tried playing him full AP.

Who plays teemo to brawl? Teemo sneaks around the team, kills the adc and peaces out, leaving a ton of shrooms all over their jungle.
