No, to be honest what it would do is give him 3 different choices of which axe to catch, giving him more options if he wants to keep up his damage, and making it harder to zone him away from his axes, and making his keeping up axes a lot easier (probably no need to go into an unfavorable position or drop the axe, just go for other axe in the direction you want to go in).

I don't you got the point. Every ADC is building Runaans. Hell even IE to because they need it.

I'm just saying runaan's isn't the only item adcs constantly build. It's not built just because it's good, it's more just a lack of options. Rylai's on the other hand had plenty of alternatives, just it was so good that there wasn't much reason to choose things over it.

And I would say IE is more common than Runaan's anyway.
