I get that you THINK the only justification you need for reworking a champion is that they're old and don't get picked a lot, but try not to have your design team blow their load all over someone like Amumu for no good reason. It's not the character that needs reworking, ok buddy? It's your game that needs it. Maybe think about your priorities a bit?
