Are we just going to ignore the fact that people who AFK get very little punishment?

This honestly feels like a joke. I do not feel like I should have to be in promos multiple times, and have to pray that I don't have some guy who feeds and afks.

All riot has to do is give people the a - okay to leave a game after someone is afk for a certain amount of time , or simply make it a loss prevented. Why is it that hard , it's like that in Dota. It obviously helps the community, and troll players wouldnt be able to use AFK as a trolling feature.

Fallacy. You have no way of knowing if the specific person who fucked you over got punished, so don't assume they got away scot free.

Well apparently after getting multiple reports from the previous game he was able to show up in my next ranked saying it was "fixed."

Well it's not instant. You don't get a ban for one afk or even a small handful. But it does go on as a negative mark, and if they gather enough fast enough thats when the automated system will snag them. Ignore whatever he said about it being "fixed", he was clearly trying to rile you up.
