Why are H-28Q Apex Turrets (Heimers R+Q) soo good?

The rest of his kit is pretty much straightforward, but i don't get what the hell i do against this. It slows and chunks you for a lot of damage and its durability makes the other turrets look like caster minions,not to mention is single target. It's like noobs saying back off or die,not to mention if you kill him it lingers around,like any other turret.

cuz its his ult. it only lasts 10 seconds sooo. just have ur tank tank it. think of it as a 10 second lane turret.

Because you can abuse the aggro. It's immobile, can smite it etc

Yes,I will take smite over flash and focus this immobile turret with around 1200 hp while heimer sets down 3 other turrets.thank you.
