Cause unlike xayah and galio, zed is an assassin, he is bad in teamfights, he can only 1v2 if he is extremely ahead, and has no utility.

I mean the damage on death mark is non-existent if you don't use other abilities.

Ye but Death Mark by itself cant kill you. He still needs to position shadows. Hit you with 2-3 shurikens.
