Random AP Scaling
I know there are a number of cases where AP scaling on champs that don't primarily use AP, is useful and interesting and maybe opens a few different item options...
But Fiora's W? It's FIORA. What is she going to build with AP on it besides MAYBE Triforce? And even if she builds Triforce... Probably doesn't give much of a damn about +peanuts on her W. I'm pretty sure she doesn't build it though.
What is the point of the random scaling like this?
