Like in jungle where half the character pool is underperforming and they nerf the entire jungle just to stop lee, hec, and vi from being overpowered. Or cait and twitch. Just nerf them instead of changing the entire roles around a couple of champs

i mean not really. zac vi and hec and lee were still god tier jg in end of s6. it was the nerfing of other junglers. tank jgs. and farm jgs. no devoure. and tanks were nerfed . cotc is much better for divers that do damage. zac is pretty much ad iver the guy is no sejuani he does a lot of damage
Eedat1 votesZac was flavor, Lee wasnt busted and he isn't now, nobody played VI until preseason 7 when they introduced CotC, but hecarim was busted. But he still is and the jungle changes didn't do anything to stop him
SweedishGunner1 votesHeca became strong after the E buff (which he needed, he had like a 46% winrate some point last season) and the Trinity changes.
After the Tri Force changes he was in a pretty good spot (up to ~51% winrate iirc), then the focus on early game ganking and the addition of CotC pushed him over the edge.
