Minion damage shouldn't remove MF passive

She can't even auto enemies in lane without being punished for it. She's a crappy caster carry, her scalings are just a mess, so she turns to being an auto attack carry instead. But she can't do that because she has no reposition move. This tiny buff would help her so much and give her some authenticity in the meta.

They've said it before, that they don't want to give it to her because other wise it'd be easy for her to run in, aa, and run out without reprisal. It would actually make her really irritating during laning

The main point of discussion has been giving her the ability to ignore it at around level 11 or so, much like how Garen's passive gets an upgrade.

I agree that it should be like Garens.

Summed it up pretty well. Miss Fortune is still a very strong ADC (I play her in ranked frequently and got to Gold V with her and with a ~60% win rate.) and her early lane bullying can be nasty.

The only other change besides ignoring minions at a later level I could think of is possibly decreasing the cast time of Q based on attack speed.

Kalista Kalista has no attack speed steroids. Her bullshit hopping around the map doesn't happen until late game, and now she doesn't get a bonus for leaping backwards. Jinx Yeah, you're right, Jinx is unbeatable. I mean, it's not like there's a meta that rewards kill lane supports that can turn immobile champions into mincemeat. Oh wait. KogMaw So let's see, for 8 seconds his auto attack range goes from being Sivir bad to Ashe good. K, I can see how that's annoying. Wait, it's on a 17 second cooldown? Wait, he has no hard CC or extra mobility? Wow, he's kinda bad early game isn't he? Caitlyn If you're letting Caitlyn just sit in brush and poke you to death, you deserve to die. Seriously, not that hard to run up to her, ESPECIALLY as Miss Fortune. Jesus, you guys act like Caitllyn dips her bullets in botulism.

Even as a Miss Fortune main, I find it really difficult to use her passive properly. It's impossible to actually farm without spending more time than necessary unless you're okay with it taking down your passive.

Her passive needs to ignore all Caster Minion damage at least at level 1, a lot of people have asked for her at level 6, 11, and 16 to get buffs to her passive which I also think could happen. It's really good for getting into lane, sometimes dodging skill shots, chasing, and roaming but otherwise it has very limited uses, and is difficult to master.

Level 1 Change: Ignore all Caster Minion Damage Leve 6l Change: Only Takes 2.5 Seconds To Ramp Up Level 11 Change: Ignores All Minion/Monster Damage Level 16 Change: +20 Movement Speed

difficult to master is not a reason to buff the champ, cause those that HAVE mastered her become overbearing, there's more to her pasive than just sneaking AAs

It's difficult to master with very little in return. I've mastered the passive/champion and all of it's uses but there's just not enough you can do with it especially since it's extremely easy to shut off. There aren't that many hard counters to MF's passive directly, but for example if you're up against a Twitch good luck having no passive throughout the entire laning phase.

Honestly, I didn't think the point of her passive was to increase her trading, she's already strong there, most of the time I see it used for backlane push and waveclear, with an escape that means that if she has wards she will never get caught. She is the only adc I can think of (except Quin who people argue is more a top lane these days) who is effective at split pushing "without" having the support stuck to them for safety.

Your point appears to be something to benefit her early game trading, which, (correct me if I'm wrong) is where she is strongest, but has no impact on late game, which is where she is typically weaker compared to other adc's

The thing is she can't push waves without her passive going down, unless she has crits then the caster minions will have aggro on her and will attack her (if you wanna wait for your own minions to get them low it takes forever and doesn't make it pushing more so farming since it usually freezes the lane.), you can't get away from their attacks and your passive will go down until you kill all caster minions.

Her passive falls off hard late game, there's better split pushing ADCs such as Jinx, Twitch, Graves, Kalista, or Tristana, she just isn't a split pusher and her passive shouldn't be used for it.

Her passive needs to be mainly used for good roaming, chasing, and dodging skill shots but what the passive actually offers doesn't give much reward at all for how difficult it is to master, how hard it is to sustain, and how most people with dashes or blinks will be able to get away from you easily such as Nidalee or Kassadin post-6.

Fair enough, I see your point there, The only thing I'd add, is that when I see MF split push (compared to Graves or Jynx) I just find that MF escapes quite easily, compared to pushing power it's more about the safety she gets while pushing, while Jynx HAS to get that objective or she's probably dead, Graves mobility is very short range and won't save him from half decent chasers. A good example is if you have nami supporting you, MF might keep out of range of Nami's non ulti skills, even with all the constant speed buffs, whereas Graves can only delay, if his team is on map (you have vision) you can safely chase and catch him.

In terms of wave clear Jynx and Tristana can clearly push, tristana and Twitch are especially good at pushing AND escaping

PS. few if anyone can catch Nidalee or kassadin post 6 :D

Her range is so short, I don't see why the excuse for not getting it, atleast for laning phase, is "get in get out without retaliation."

What ever happened to..like..trading?
