Riot has nothing in place to punish them and they will not get caught in the stupid bot bans.

Last night I had a teemo jungler that got our support to ward river when he knew that the enemy was in the bush with a Blitz Crank and yep got pulled and FB to enemy team. Teemo just laughed. It was crap like that all game and never voted yes to the FF.

Riot needs to perma ban these trollers. The teemo was a Twitch streamer so was trolling for his channel.
