The good ol stacking items...

Do you guys remember the old "snowball" items sword of the occult, leviathan and the older version of mejai's? I personally miss them alot because they were situational fun items.

For those of you who don't know (or remember) the passives were the following: Each had a maximum of 20 stacks and once they reach 20 they had a unique effect.

SOTO: 10 ad (+5) per stack and bonus 15% ms at 20 stacks.

Mejai's: 20 ap (+8) per stack and bonus 15% cdr at 20 stacks.

Leviathan: 180 hp (+32) per stack and bonus 15% damage reduction at 20 stacks.

Obviously they would not work in today's meta but i have an idea of how they can return without being out of hand.

All of them having maximum of 25 stacks and upon reaching the cap of 25 they can not be lost, however if you die before reaching 25 you loose them all (or half not sure wich is better).

For example: SOTO: costs 1200g and gives 15 ad (+3) per stack - 100 ad at 25 stacks.

Mejai's: costs 1200g and gives 25 ap (+5) per stack - 150 ap at 25 stacks.

Leviathan: costs 1200g and gives 200 hp (+32) per stack - 1000 hp at 25 stacks.

This way you can have powerfull items that are not exactly op since they are a huge risk and even with max stack they don't provide any powerfull passives, just raw stats (unlike Rabadon's, Blood thurster and Warmog's for example).
