Matchmaking literally feels like it tried to cheat me in promos

I am playing on a smurf because already got my main to gold 4. To see how much I improved, I started playing ranked on my smurf to see how quickly I could reach gold 4. In less than 150 games starting at bronze 3, I was just silver 1 100 lp till promos happened. From silver 2 0 lp, I won every single ranked game legitimately hard carrying my team when I was playing adc earning 19 lp per win. More than half the games ended pre 25 minutes. (I would show proof but I don't want to give away my identity on my smurf).

Anyway I reached promos for gold 4 and the whole dynamic changed. Two of the three matches I was autofilled jungle when previously I wasn't autofilled once. I asked the designated bot laner if I could play bot in both matches and both of them luckily said yes. With each of the three games i've had, people have complained in chat all game or didn't understand crucial fundamentals of the game such as split pushing, wave pressure and who to target in a team fight. They didn't even make it easy on me to try and carry because they fed their lanes. They also had no organization and would be picked off and achieving nothing. There was one game with an extremely easy win because we won teamfights, but towards the end people decided they wanted to get picked off rather than just group and push mid so we lost while defending base while we waited for 50 second timers on our main engages.

Looking at how bad our teams got crushed for the past three games and then looking at my winstreak and how manageable the games were before, I swear to god the matchmaking "forces" winstreaks. I don't mean to be superstitious like ofc no game is guaranteed for either team, but I swear matchmaking creates the teams with a bias towards a certain team. That is why you see higher elo players have a constant winstreak, not because forced win streaks don't exist but because they are able to outweigh the team bias by a big enough margin. I am a good player, but I can't that much of an impact which was required to win those 3 biased games.

Even though I lost promos, I expect I am going to be on a loss streak or have a bunch of trolls in my games. If I play through it I should be able to winstreak again and get gold if I don't demote all the way back to silver 3.

Even after my promos i've gotten an afk at 10 minutes, a feeder, and a mordekaiser support who I looked up and had a winrate of less that 20% in the last 10 games. Even winrate wasn't enough just to be sure, I looked at his deaths and he nearly has 10+ every game and the majority of his games were within the spam of 25 minutes.
