Every team should have a solid frontline.
Every team should have 2 champions capable of soaking damage so that the rest of the team can safely do damage. Champions that can soak damage are tanks, juggernauts, or divers that build very tanky.

In general, I wouldn't encourage most players to attempt what SKT can pull off.
