I don't know where this belongs, but I think it would be cool if there was a champion who had 0 CD on all of their abilities, but all the cast times were extremely long and could be interrupted. I'm sure it would need a ton of balancing, but I want to see this one day.

That seems like something that could feel extremely frustrating to play since you couldn't use any of your abilities on reaction and potentially end up being incredibly exploitable by enemies.
