@rito how bout instead of nerfing the lvl 3 jungle
you buff gromp so both sides can start lvl 3
make it a little harder increase xp

So technically, Lee Sin can now reach Level 3 faster on both sides now.
No.
That doesn't help laners, which is the problem.
That's not the damn issue. It's that junglers hit 3 while laners are still 1.

That's only due to play style, laners last hit usually instead of clearing the wave fast so their exp is delayed.
Lee sin hits level 3 at 220, the second wave of minions get to bot at 215. I'm sure bot can clear 4 minions before lee walks over at 225.

Why does everyone only mention Lee? Lee doesn't even have the fastest Red/Krugs clear or the fastest+healthiest or the fastest+healthiest with high gank potential.
Because him, elise, and maybe rek'sai have the strongest level 3 gank in this manner. Since lee has the highest play rate out of these three people are much more likely to have him gank in this way.
Maybe risky but give the first minion in the first wave give slightly more exp. And in turn give solo laners 2 off one wave. And duo 2 off two waves. This would balance it out big time. But might be risky in pro play in lane swaps and such.
And now you have junglers getting to lvl 6 four minutes into the game.
The issue is how quickly the jungler reaches level 3 compared to laners. Not so much the fact that it's imbalanced. I've played since pre-season and I don't recall a time where junglers reached level 3 with only 2 camps.

Honestly junglers have always been behind in level compared to lanes, now first the first time in League history the jungler gets ahead and everyone protests? The main reason laners hate this is because they get ganked and miss the first 3-5 minutes of guaranteed gank free laning. Players need to just ward properly and play smarter.
