Periodically, the next unit that Zyra kills will have a seed bloom where they died. Killing units reduces Cadaverous Blossom's cooldown.

Enemy champions always leave a seed when taken down by Zyra.

There, passive for mid-lane Zyra. Then tweak Rampant Growth a bit so that support Zyra can still be a thing.
