can we please for god's sake fix jhin's buggy bullets?

randomly getting my fourth bullet early, randomly getting extra bullets before my fourth, randomly having my fourth bullet not be my fourth, randomly spell immune enemies (in recent patches) to my fourth bullet

I'm sick of this garbage I just want to shoot four bullets consistently is that too much to ask?
