As long as you don't push like a derp when her E proced Mota Nasus would not get any stacks at all. Go Hextech into Void Staff and Pen Boots and you would absolutely destroy him. "Lel wither" doesn't work because she has 3 gapclosers to catch up to him with. He couldn't do anything to her when she proced Mota with E lol. My record with her was sub 100 stacks at 35 minutes against Nasus.

OP is just calling her mark (Mark of the assassin) in a needlesly obscure way.

As for the topic at hand, I have no idea what he's on about, as if I remember correctly, Akali's E hasn't been proccing her mark for a while now, am I missing something?

Allowing Akali to proc her Mark with E again would be an indirect nerf to Nasus because of how easily Akali destroyed Nasus when she proced Q with E
