Concerns about not counting Heimerdingers last hits

As a big Donger fan...more then half of my last hits come by way of my turrets. I set them up and defend them specifically for this purpose. So now my main source of cs is just stripped!!?!?! Now I have to hit them with my autos? Then all spells shouldn't count for csing...Champs like Heimer don't have the AD or the mana pool/spell cool downs to last hit with out the turret.

Never mind...after rereading the patch notes I think it means my opponent doesn't get cs for my turrets...
