Kat's W too smooth?

Also curious, how does it compare to 's e. I feel like 's applies the damage a bit sooner. I think one way to balance kat would be to make her w's dmg appliation/animation more like akali's e.

Is 's E calculated sort of like darius's pull? But instead of marking you to pull before he swings his axe, in 's case it just instantly applies the damage even before you see the animation. She already has a blink on shunpo. her w is blinkish. just too smooth. too little counter play if you think you can get your spell off before hers forget about it. even though that might be the difference needed to change the outcome. would be nice if it was more 50/50 ish whoever has the faster finger gets their spell off first.

played her, im asking to get other people's take. Prior to making this thread i tried both in custom bot game. I found akali to have a bit of a delay but i'd like to see if others concur. i'd have to do a side by side test.

regardless of if i played her or not. even as an outsider looking in. which tbh might be more objective. no reason why i can't suggest that perhaps this could help settle some of the drama surrounding kat as a champion. the league community's take on kat is up in the air. I see two camps those who say she isn't lcs strong. the other says she has a toxic kit too much stored power.
