how does deathdance work and when do you buy it?
i read the description but most of it came across as a bunch of random numbers, from what i can understand its like a Sustain item for up close melees, if thats the case then why not

Romans VI XXIII1 votesit heals off ALL physical damage, that includes physical damage from abilites and AAs.
It also turns a % of ALL incoming damage (except true damage) into a bleed affect on you over a duration. Basicly reducing incoming damage by a % and replacing it with a bleed.
Its use-fullness depends on the situation.
Little Stick Man1 votesits actually an interesting item on ad casters since it heals you for 12% of all physical damage dealt, spells included. the bleed effect is kind of like an anti burst thing
