So let me lay it down for you what made him weak recently:
Lack of damage in early fights losing him trades
Dominance of CoC using champions
CoC just got nerfed. And now, #therealspin has a built-in armor pen no, wait that's wrong...a built-in ARMOR DELETE on his spin.
Combined with BC being a core item on him, well...lets just say there will be damage. Lots of it :D
