No, you cannot flash out. No you cannot jump/ult/dash/blink out.
But you can play
All these champions have effective methods of removing camille from the ult, thereby removing the lock-zone and freeing their teammate/themselves.
Complaining is easy. Thinking about counters is harder.

Btw Azir can too push her with more knock back than Vi or Syndra. Or Hecarim.

He can't free himself, but he can safe an ALLY, by removing camille from the ult zone.
You can't leave the zone, but your ball can. And your ult drags targets towards it. Do the math.
Same as Urgot, he can't free himself, but he can save an ally by ulting Camille and dragging her out of the zone.

Yesterday I played against Camille support who went full out tank and did no damage so in teamfights I just ignored her. However she ulted me and I was like "wait wtf why can't I move".

KoKoboto1 votesWell I wouldn't call them blade legs with the damage she was dealing, more like chop stick legs. I was more focused on the enemy teammates that we're more a threat and actually did stuff in teamfights.
It went kinda like this, Camille jumps on me but I'm trying to fight fed enemy Graves and Jax as Jhin. I completely ignore Camille because she doesn't do damage and I already avoided her huge leap onto me. Then I wonder "WHY CAN'T I MOVEEE", later noticing that she ulted me, it doesn't help that my teammates came back to support me so I couldn't tell which one of us was ulted in the middle of the fight.
I also said that it was DIFFICULT to notice, not that I didn't notice it buddy =^)
