Riot I am concerned that Taric E is going to be an issue . . . and I REALLY hope you listen to the players on PBE. I feel like all of his cooldowns may run into an issue . . . he seems to be able to spam almost all of his abilities . . . . E is a major concern. Great job though. :D

he has high base cooldowns on all abilities. they only get really low, when he constantly auto attacks an enemy champion.

too early to judge is what im saying. also, kiting will help with keeping his cooldowns high. if he doesnt get in your face, he wont be able to spam his abilities.
