Reminder, lethality still sucks.

MF isn't killing entire teams because she is building item 3814 anditem 3142 , MF is killing entire teams because she is fed as fuck and that's what happens when you feed a champion that has an AOE that is 90% the size of an entire lane.

Lethality is still a garbarge stat because one item 1031 counters 40 lethality for the remainder of the game. In otherwords Its only effective against idiots that don't build armor, which just so happens to be other ADCs and midlaners that don't buy hourglass for whatever reason. Coincidence that only ADCs and some mids are complaining about the item?

Reminder, no it doesn't.

Lethality is sitting at 90% ~95% of armor pen's old values on purchase vs lvl 1 targets.

This means its pretty much always more effective than old armor pen, and old armor pen was changed to Lethality to stop it from being so potent early.

Basically, Lethality is now stronger than armor pen 100% of the time, with the exception of Ghostblade, and outscales old armor pen values as well.

its 60% and scales up to 100% of old armor pens value at lvl 18. Please do not give false information like this as it is cancerous.

The thing is, new precision actually grants much more armor penetration at lvl 1 than season 6 precision, so in new patch precision + lethality marks actually does give about the same armor penetration as season 6 flat armor penetration marks + lethality.

Wrong. Lethality values are higher than old armor pen values.

Look it up. The only exception is Ghostblade, which was translated from 20 armor pen to 20 Lethality.

What part of "scaling" do you guys not understand? You only get the full armor effect against enemy targets that are level 18, meaning its going to take atleast 30-40+ mins to get the full effect, and this is assuming the game is even. At that point people are stacking resistances...

Even against an ADC and with two lethality items you are piercing 40 of the 60 armor he has from GA ALONE. Now add the armor he gets from runes/masteries, abilities, lvl scaling, and etc. Its not that broken of an item...

What part of "15 lethality is still 10 armor pen at level 1" do you not understand?

Duskblade had 10 armor pen. Now it has 15 lethality. You still get 10 armor pen, just like before, but it scales even higher.

Do some fucking math instead up upvoting yourself on your alts.

are you stupid? or dont know how to math? Maybe not read? Riot specifically said IN PATCH NOTES that 10 lethality = 6 armor pen lvl 1 and scales to 10 at lvl 18. its still going to scale to 15 armor pen at lvl 18 if its 15 lethality.

REGARDLESS of how you look at it, lethality is a BLATANTLY NERF compared to old armor pen until lvl 18. And at lvl 18 its a non factor.

95%, to be exact. Because you don't get 60% of your Lethality against Lvl 1 targets, but 63.3%.

MF is a bad example because you can't really counter her ult with items...

But you can stun her.

It's still a bad example for this guy's post.

She's getting fed as fuck because Lethality's a broken-ass snowball stat.

And because Miss Fortune's kit in general isn't terribly healthy

Old Duskblade gave 10 armor pen from level 1 to 18 New Duskblade gives 15 Lethality, 60% of 15 is roughly 10, so you get 10 armor pen at level 1, scaling up to 15 pen at level 18

Now factor in the fact that by the time you finish the item, your enemies will be above level 1 New Duskblade effectively gives more pen in all scenarios, so quit talking out of your ass

There is also far more lethality in the game than there was armor pen if we're talking raw numbers

OLD: 20 pen ghostblade 10 pen duskblade 19 pen from runes 3 from masteries 52 total

NEW: 20 lethality Ghostblade 15 lethality duskblade 15 lethality edge of night 24 lethality runes 8.5 lethality masteries 82.5 lethality total

60% of 82.5 is 49.5 You dont finish armor pen items when enemies are level 1 lethality is an objectively better stat at all stages of the game

OLD: 3 from masteries

NEW: 8.5 lethality masteries

Precision gave 3 + (0.3 x Level) armor penetration, not just 3 flat, which is 8.4 at level 18.

Duskblade is the only outlier here, to my knowledge. (Well, that and Edge of Night existing.)

Precision seems to be roughly the same values, and even if it does give a bit more lethality than it would've given flat armor pen, it's not a huge enough difference to cause this big a fuss.

Lethality reds grant 1.6 Lethality. If I recall, flat armor penetration reds gave 1.7 up-front.

Dirk and Ghostblade currently have the same Lethality values as they did flat armor penetration, so they shouldn't be an issue.

Duskblade and Edge of Night are the problems here, not the Lethality stat itself.

silver 4 stop talking, lethality is viable now
