Can we have a fun game mode where we can pick any passive in the game, with any 3 spells and any ultimate and use any champion we want for those abilities? I think that would be a lot of fun

DarkRitual1 votesI means replacing the passive on your kit. Lucian's triggers on any ability use. Since his dash costs 0 at max rank, costing mana seems to not be a requirement, which means Jinx Q weapon swap would likely give you the Lightslinger double-shot as well. Caitlyn already has high range, so I think giving her the boosted DPS of Lucian passive would likely be more cancerous.

DarkRitual1 votesIt's questionable then, since Lucian's passive doesn't say spell cast, but "uses an ability." It doesn't matter on his kit, since he has no toggles. I would assume you are correct and things are coded correctly. But this is League, so it's basically 50% chance things are not coded to work the way they should.
