What if people could still play featured game modes in custom games

Last year Riot let us try out a lot of different game modes (hexakill, all for one, urf, etc). I understand that right now Riot doesn't want a new queue for these game modes, but what if we could still play them in custom games? You get a group of friends together and you play urf, hexakill, etc with them. Even if these new game modes aren't permanent, it would still be fun to have them available for custom games.
