Bugs are destroying way too many games lately

The following bugs have ruined 4 of my last 7 games:

• Minions randomly switching targets to either run into turret and die and ruin a perfect freeze, or attack a champion that shouldn't have aggro
• My allied Miss Fortune's client bugged out and she couldn't level abilities or see champion health bars (couldn't distinguish ally from enemy)
