Tahm and River Mechanics

Good question... What are you gonna do, about the game with more maps than can be given proper attention and balance? What are you gonna do about the 125+ champions that take years to pass over for modern QA? Who honestly cares if a champion can't be played properly on DOMINION or HOWLING ABYSS anymore?
