Morellonomicon is supposed to be the early game damage item for AP like lethality items.

It has flat magic pen, but then also reduces healing?

Doesn’t make sense. It should have another passive or have the passive nerfed then give the item more AP.

Or better yet, add another possible upgrade for oblivion orb.
