i legit pointed out just fucking yesterday that too many champions have access to true dmg and the boards, as per fucking usual, proved to me they don't read the death recap, another thing i said a fucking 2 months ago. yes there is too much true dmg, rito can either nerf the dmg or grant everyone extra baase hp out the ether.

at least at fucking least you aren't one of those saying we should improve armor and mr items to nerf true dmg.
