Can i not be put in a game with someone i just reported and blocked...

I just played with a guy on my team who went 1/15 in lane (score at 20 minutes was 4/15 because he got THREE KILLS AT LEVEL 1). Hes diamond so i highly doubt he was taking the game seriously, and based on the way he died im positive he was intent feeding/trolling. Of course i block him and report him because of my intuitions. I wait 5 minutes...and it puts me in a game again with him. Why the hell am i being forced to play a game with someone i CLEARLY dont want to play with?

This is just one of another problems with this particular game. Riot really is embracing capitalism aren't they?

I would request Riot go one step further and add a "Please place this person on my enemy team in the future to compensate me for placing him on my team to begin with"

you click: "Play" He clicks: "Play" you go Solo Ranked 5v5 he goes solo Ranked 5v5.. LoL Generates a Team and Voila..

probably because you queued in the same time, I've had the same thing with people.

That would be abused, you could just report all of your terrible teammates, and it would make que times even longer. Rather, they should put in a system that actually does something about feeders.
