Now that Statikk loses it's gold generation and is only a little cheaper, plus phantom dancer has that great defensive buff, which even synergizes into the Crit Healz mastery.
So PD and Cloak, then maybe a Tiamat to replace the wave-clear and start getting your AD. I might even go just full defense after that because I like playing Bruisers, and Yasuo could maybe be a good CC bot (unless my team needs even more damage for some reason).

Long answer: No, it's certainly not a bad item on Yasuo, you could still be viable if you rushed it first, but Shiv just synergizes too well with Yasuo, and in fact it somehow manages to be even better now than it was before. Meanwhile PD's first passive is of minimal use to Yasuo and while the damage reduction is nice, it's just not nearly enough to make up for not having Shiv.
