As for quite some time, has been doing very poorly. This champion's is 8 years old, with way too simple (and useless) kit, ignored during Juggernaut subclass update nonetheless, and yet without a single rework so far. In the era of and a champion like this can only have 43% win ratio at best, as shown in the link provided. What is a appropriate measure is a full scale rework, however Riot has their favorite champs (cough 4 reworks in 2 years cough) and it's not likely to happen imminently, despite of everything said and done. Buffs is the short term measure and seems like Riot intends to do it. However I can only suggest that it goes in direction of reverting previous nerfs. What I have in mind is ex. E nerf regarding structure damage happened in 5.24 patch that had no context (as if could compare with any dedicated split pusher, even before this nerf). Furthermore, something like giving Grievous Wounds effect on his Q or E would be nice. For example, Q is called Infected Cleaver, and is also a skillshot, so that might be appropriate.
