You do realize this change, while giving less power to those stubborn duo premades, it'll give more power to three-man?

I'd rather make it more difficult to surrender, than to make it more difficult to not surrender...

All this generalization shit is another problem with the league community. Last 4 premades I was solo with did not rage, flame, or completely ignore me. Needless to say, I have met with that one toxic af premade, but those are the exception not the rule. For every toxic premade, I have been paired with 3 non-toxic ones who for the most part accept their mistakes and aren't too cocky.

I think what fuels the misconception is that most friendly premades don't really announce they're premade, or at least not all that often.

He's complaining because he wants to surrender games, but if there is a duo in the game, then they can veto any surrender because they have two votes. He wants to change the system to only require 3 votes so that duo players can't veto surrenders. I don't personally see this as a significant problem that needs fixing, and changing the system in the way OP wants would allow any trio players to surrender a game at will, so that's probably a terrible fix.
