Why not build damage? You don't want to come across as threat, you only want to manipulate the game so that people do not realize the trouble that they are in.

The whole having 7 core items not including sightstone thing is questionable at best.

Tank zilean is awesome but it doesn't work out well unless your team is mostly damage.
